Trained as an applied mathematician, I have my career in information technology, working as a consultant in professional services first; then a senior architect /development manager for a software development house focusing on telecom service delivery platform. After contracting as a senior technical project manager for a multinational solution provider in the beginning of 2005, I worked for about half a year at IBM Global Services as Solutions Architect. I moved south to US in 2006 from Canada, and since then, have been working as an application architect in Wall Street. My credentials in technology include Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for J2EE; IBM Certified e-Business Designer; Bea Certified Weblogic Enterprise Developer; and several other certifications from those vendors covering fields from WebSphere, XML, DB2 to BI etc.. I am a certified project management professional (PMP), a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a member of ASQ, ACM and IEEE.
